About my order
When will I get my order?
We have a processing time of 5 working days for our products. Once your order has been shipped it will arrive at your location between 5-10 days for international orders. National orders (Spain) will arrive in 3-5 days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on physical items on its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form and we'll see if we can help.
Can I change my shipping adress?
You can change your shipping address if your order has not been processed yet. Please send us a message through our contact form ASAP, we always check it before sending you orders. Once your package has shipped, we are not able to change the address.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged or is lost?
If your package arrives damaged:
1. If you notice the package is damaged when it is delivered, please return it to the post office and open a case there claiming that it arrived in bad conditions.
2. Contact us thouhg our contact for so we are able to opne a case here too.
3. Once the case has been solved we'll send you a replacement with no extra cost on your side.
If your package is lost:
1. Check your package hasn't been retained at customs.
2. Visit your local post office. Your package might be there, or they might be able to tell you more detailed tracking information.
3. Contact us and we´ll assist you on the process.
About the process
Are all of your products handmade?
My DM screens and Dice sets are 100% handmade from start to finish.
For the prints and stickers I partner with amazing professionals that allow me to offer you reproductions of my drawings without sacrificing quality.
Are your images made with traditional art?
I like to mix things a little. Yes, I work with traditional art techniques such as pencils, inks and watercolors for a greyscaled version of the design. After that I scan the piece and work with Photoshop to add the final colors.
How quickly do you restock?
It depends on the product.
Prints, and sticker will take no longer than a week to be restocked. For the DM screens and dice sets it will take me around a month to restock them since they are handmade products.
However if one of my products catched your eye, let me know in our contact form and I'll try to give it priority to speed up the restocking process.
Can I make a custom order?
Yes, I accept custom orders for dice sets. You can find all the information here.
Beware that this kind of inquieres require some time for me and will be completed between 1-3 months.

Where are you located?
My workshop is currently based on Gijón on the north of Spain.
Do you have a physical store?
Not for now. However we visit many conventions around Spain and Europe.
